Either party may terminate services with thirty (30) days written notice, or as otherwise specified in individual service agreements. We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms. These Terms remain in effect until terminated.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time with thirty (30) days notice via email or website posting. Continued use of our services after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
